The Staff (also known as Employees) tab is used to hire, fire, locate, and otherwise manage your airport's employees.
Staff[edit | edit source]
From here you are able to view what each of your employees is currently doing, their hourly wage, and how long they've been working for you. You can also locate their exact position or fire them.
The following staff roles are available in the staff tab:
|Airport Staff||$7–9||Operate the information desks, Check-in desks, and boarding desks.||They are the main role that customers will interact with, and therefore the most dependent on the "pleasantness" skill.|
|Security||$11–16||Operate security checkpoints|
|Janitor||$1–10||Keep the airport clean.||Tends to be the staff member with the lowest salary, often less than $2 per hour.|
|Service Technician||$11–16||Repairs broken objects.|
|Ramp Agent||$8–15||Inspects parked aircraft and handles loading and unloading of baggage from the aircraft and the baggage bay.|
|Franchise Staff||Operates stores and restaurants.||Provided by franchises while there is an active franchise contract.|
|CFO||$80–120||Allows for modifying fees via the Fees tab.|
|CIO||$75–115||Required for several upgrades in the Procurement tab.|
|COO||$75–90||Required for several upgrades in the Procurement tab.||Auto-repairs stands|
|HR Director||$70–90||Allows for modifying salaries via the Salaries tab.|
|Procurement Director||$25–35||Allows for acquiring upgrades via the Procurement tab.|
|Strategy Director||$65–85||Required for several upgrades in the Procurement tab.|
Shifts[edit | edit source]
Shifts determine how long employees work. Longer shifts mean employees will get tired and their work quality will suffer. Shorter shifts mean employees will be more well-rested, but you will need to hire more people in order to compensate.
The board[edit | edit source]
From here you can hire executives, which will give you access to various upgrades and boosts.
Applicants[edit | edit source]
Each applicant is unique, and from this screen you can see who is applying to work at your airport. Each employee requires a certain salary and has a unique mix of Logic, Pleasant, Technical, and Stress. Pleasant will likely effect the happiness of Passengers who interact with the employee, but it is currently unknown what the other stats do.
